The SAGADA GRAND TRAVERSE is a daily offer to nature lovers, trekkers and tourists 

The Sagada Grand Traverse is a new adventure aiming to provide the tourist a wholesome one-day experience in mountain trekking, caving, canyoneering, river tracing and camping. The traverse retraces the ancient trail from Batalao to Taccong passing through the pristine and most scenic spots of Eastern and Southern Sagada particularly Marlboro Hills, Blue Soil, Kaipitan Limestone Cliff, Balangagan Cave, Ubwa Canyon, Bangaden River and Mount Polis.

Morning:

6:30 – 7:30 Assembly at the MTIC

7:30 – 7:45 Trip from Poblacion to Batalao

7:45 – 8:30 Hiking to Marlboro Hills

8:45 – 9:45 Hiking to Blue Soil

9:45 – 10:00 Break

10:00 – 10:45 Hiking to Kaipitan Limestone Cliff

11:00 – 12:00 Hiking to Balangagan

Afternoon

12:00 – 1:00 Lunch

1:00 – 2:30 Spelunking at Balangagan Cave

2:30 – 3:30 Canyoneering (Ubwa Canyon)

3:30 – 3:45 Break

3:45 – 4:30 River Tracing (Bangaden River)
